About the SaunaDay Experience:
​​​​​​​After a day of visioning and strategic planning, we’ll head to a private reserved space at a Nordic bathhouse to decompress, connect, and celebrate for a 3-hour experience from 5:30 - 8:30 pm (you can head out early if needed).

I’ve reserved our own private suite with space to relax and lounge in cozy spaces, continue masterminding, our own private sauna, cold plunge and red light therapy included.

An immersive self-care experience to integrate our day together, with extra time to connect with me & other participants. If you’ve never been to a sauna, no worries! You wear what you like (many wear a bathing suit, workout clothes or tank and shorts). Enjoy different dry & wet sauna rooms for max relaxation - plus our own private services.
